Japan intends to develop long-endurance remotely UAV strengthen the Diaoyu Islands to monitor

Japan News Network December 18, there is news that the Govement of Japan Aerospace Exploration agency plan to develop a life of 3 days long voyage remote unmaed recoaissance aircraft, in order to strengthen the waters near the Diaoyu Islands "foreign vessel" and "monitoring" efforts, and aerial photography for disasters.
Reported that the UAV design is about 10-15 meters and a width of 30-40 meters, equipped with a propeller engine, able to go beyond the general airliner flying height, available in more than 15,000 m altitude flight. The UAV is equipped with ultra-high precision infrared imaging system, and a microwave monitor, plan equipped with synthetic aperture radar.
Day aerospace research and development institutions said that the UAV can automatically identify sea going vessels will be equipped with instruments, in order to strengthen foreign vessels to waters near Japan's outlying islands, including the Diaoyu "monitoring".
